Houston’s own three-time GRAMMY nominee entertainer and business owner Scott Gertner has gained national attention, as well as, standing room only crowds, at Scott Gertner’s Skybar & Grille, Scott Gertner’s Sports Bar Live and Scott Gertner’s at Houston Pavilion.
Scott Gertner was more than a musician-he was a foundational figure in Houston's live music and nightlife culture.
As a performer, venue owner, mentor and community leader, his influence resonated from his soulful performances to the stages he built for others.
Though Houston lost him in May 2025, his legacy continues through the venues he created and the people he inspired.
